Three ways to pay

Use the route your finance office already uses.

Card or purchasing card

Pay online in about two minutes. The Paddle checkout applies FOUNDING40 automatically until 30 Nov 2026, adds sales tax where it applies and emails the receipt and invoice. Your licence key appears on screen.

Purchase order and invoice

Make the PO out to Paddle.com Inc. and email it to support@atesensoftware.com. We send a Paddle invoice with your PO number on it, payable net 30 by bank transfer or card, and email your licence key once the PO is confirmed, so your team can start before the invoice is due.

Email your PO

Quote first

Need a quote for a requisition? Type your organisation, pick a plan and save the quote as a PDF. It shows the founding price, the seller and these PO instructions. Nothing you type is sent anywhere.

Purchase limits

Every plan is below the federal micro-purchase threshold.

The federal micro-purchase threshold has been $15,000 since 1 October 2025 (FAR 2.101). Purchases under federal awards use the same threshold unless your organisation set a different one (2 CFR 200.320). States, districts and utilities often have their own small-purchase rules: check your own limit.

Subject: Sole-source justification for Tagscope

We request approval to buy a 12-month licence for Tagscope, browser software that triages PDF documents for ADA Title II and Section 504 accessibility, for $[amount] (plans cost $594–$2,340 with the founding offer, $990–$3,900 list). The seller of record is Paddle.com Inc., reseller and merchant of record for the publisher, Atesen Software.

Tagscope is the only product we found that meets all of these requirements:
- it checks every PDF in a folder or ZIP for tags, scanned pages, title, language, alternative text, table headers, form field names and bookmarks
- it applies the 28 CFR 35.201 exceptions (preexisting and archived content) to a document list and sets P1 to P4 priorities
- it produces an inventory workbook, a remediation queue, an exception log and a management summary
- it fixes the title, language and display-title setting in copies of the files
- it runs in the browser: documents are not uploaded to any vendor

We also considered [other products or methods] and found that [why they do not meet the requirements, e.g. price, data leaving our network, or missing checks].

The price is below our [micro-purchase / small-purchase] limit of $[limit]. The licence is a one-time payment for 12 months with no automatic renewal, and the publisher refunds the full amount if we ask within 14 days of purchase.
