Accessibility statement
We want Tagscope's website and app to be usable by everyone, including people who use a screen reader, keyboard only, magnification or voice control. Our target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
What we did
- Semantic HTML: one main heading per page, labelled form fields, buttons that are real buttons, a language set on every page.
- Keyboard: every control can be reached and used with the keyboard, with a visible focus outline; the image carousel stops while it has focus and works with the arrow keys; the image viewer closes with Escape.
- Motion: the carousel does not move when your system asks for reduced motion, and pauses on hover, focus and touch; videos are silent.
- Text and color: body text in Atkinson Hyperlegible (designed by the Braille Institute for legibility), text colors chosen for at least 4.5:1 contrast, statuses shown with words as well as color.
- Results: the check result is announced in a live region; the file table is a real table with headers.
Known limitations
- The screenshots and demo video in the carousel are pictures of the app; the same information is in the text of this page and in the app itself.
- The Paddle checkout window is provided by Paddle.com; report problems with it to us and we will raise them with Paddle.
- We have not had an independent audit of this website; this statement is our own assessment.
